Personal Perspective

"I believe that everyone deserves a safe space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. My approach to therapy is collaborative and centered on each individual's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I strive to help clients better understand themselves, develop effective coping strategies, and build the confidence and skills needed to navigate life's challenges.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. I believe that building self-awareness, developing emotional regulation skills, and recognizing personal strengths can help individuals create lasting, positive changes in their lives."
