Jordan brings a combination of experiences including both health behavior change and healthy lifestyle improvement research along with fitness coaching and yoga instruction.  He specializes in bridging the gaps between mind, body, and soul while helping clients to improve their holistic fitness including their mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health.
